Safeguard the fuel system in your 2011-2016 Ford with the XDP 6.7L Powerstroke CP4 Bypass Kit. It is a known issue that the factory-equipped CP4 pump does not last. When that pump does fail, the damaged internals contaminate the fuel used to lubricate the pump. This contaminated fuel is then sent through the rest of the fuel system damaging vital components like your fuel rails, injector lines, and your fuel injectors. Built with a specially machined black anodized adapter plate, the XDP CP4 Bypass Kit is designed to re-route the fuel that lubricates your CP4 pump. When your CP4 pump does fail, the contaminated fuel will go back to the tank, and then through both fuel filters, before it re-enters your high pressure fuel system. This traps the debris and metal particles in your fuel filters before reaching vital components like your injectors, or fuel rails. A modification that can be considered cheap insurance, spending a little bit now can save you a lot in the long run.
