BorgWarner S362 FMW (Forged Milled Wheel) T4 Turbo

 This unit utilizes an all-new compressor section, with an FMW compressor, and a new, 4”/2.5” hose-type compressor, which makes it a direct-fit for the popular aftermarket units.  It also features the BWTS severe duty thrust system, with 6 wear pads vs. 3 for the standard thrust.  Topping this off is the ‘J type’ turbine wheel, 76/68mm, with an advanced design for high flow and fantastic response.  It’s bigger than the competitive ‘Q’ trim, yet responds better than the existing 74/65mm wheel. Works great on a stock 6.0L Power Stroke with proper tuning and great all the way up to 190CC injectors! We use these units with a .83 A/R for fast spool up to compete with a VGT style turbo!!

• Compressor: 7/7 blade, FMW 61.44 mm inducer / 84.3 mm exducer, with exclusive Extended Tip Technology.
• Turbine: 76 mm inducer, 68 mm exducer. Cast in Inconel 713 for high-temperature operation.

• Compressor: .55, with 4.0″ hose-type inlet, and 2.5″ hose-type discharge.
• Turbine: .83, with ‘T4-style’, divided entry, and 4.21″ v-band discharge.
