The BD-Power 5R110 Transmission & Converter Package ensures that the transmission in your 2008-2010 Ford6.4L Powerstroke is up to the task to handle the updated torque levels produced by the performance parts on your engine. A factory transmission can not handle the increased torque levels created by aftermarket parts and will eventually fail. To accommodate the increased torque, the BD-Power Transmission & Converter Package includes a heavy-duty clutch with up to 25% more material than stock and a new design valve body that maintains up to 80% higher clutch apply pressures over the stock unit.
