6.0 Powerstroke T4 Turbo Mount System

Irate Diesel Performance’s T4 pedestal non VGT turbo mounting kit allows you to mount a S300 or S400 style turbo on your 2003-2007 6.0 truck. With endless options of turbochargers this kit features everything you need to covert from the stock mounting VGT platform over to the T4 system. The T4 pedestal mount system gives the you advantage of mounting any T4 turbo kit to match you horsepower and performance level. You can choose the smaller T4 turbos for fast street spool up and towing performance all the way to the large turbochargers for max performance or competition. With the choices being endless you’ll be able to upgrade to the latest and greatest T4 turbocharger without having to change this system. It’s universal for most applications and can be used as a permanent platform. You’ll need custom non VGT turbo tuning.

IDP T4 Kit Includes:

• 304ss pedestal mount
• Collector with bellowed up-pipes
• Custom machined aluminum oil supply and drain flanges
• Stainless oil line
• All hardware for installation.

This system has divided the up pipes for faster spool up and this mount will fit any T-4 turbo from an S300 to an S400 turbo, as well as the Garret turbos! The system will reuse the factory or aftermarket downpipe location. The S300’s should bolt directly up to the downpipe and be able to reuse the intake and hot side intercooler pipe.

The S400 will need a downpipe made and an intake as well as a hot side pipe. The Downpipe will be a 2 piece unit for ease of installation. 2003 intakes will need to be modified (crossbar in back cut) for the T4 mount to fit. Please specify S300, S400 and cover options. When adding fuel upgrades to your 6.0 it is just as important to match the air flow into the engine to maintain efficiency and get the most performance out of your application.

Note: Please specify during the order process if you need a s400 kit. It comes default as the S300 kit which fits most turbo choices for the 6.0 Powerstroke.
