CP3 failure are very common on the Duramax platform, due to the lack of a factory lift pump and the average lesser quality of American Diesel.

We strongly recommend replacing all 8 injectors when a CP3 pump failure occurs, due to the CP3 filling your fuel system with fine metallic particles that can damage injectors and cause injector failure.

We have 2 options for your CP3 core;

• First option, you can either send us your bad unit first and once received we will send out your new unit
• Second option, you can pay the refundable core charge. We will send your new unit out to you, and once we receive your old unit, we will refund the core amount.
