These OEM injectors are Rebuilt using brand new components including nozzle, slotted coil, control/spool valve and plunger. These are the most up to date version of the 6.0 injector. These are the exact same GENUINE MOTORCRAFT OEM injectors you would get from a Ford dealer, at a fraction of the price. They are the highest quality, most reliable injectors available for the 6.0 Motor. Each Injector is sealed and individually packaged including O-rings and copper crush washers necessary for installation. Cures the stiction issue of the old style injector with the new slotted spool valves. For Injector cores you are able to send yours in first, or we can take a $1,200 refundable core charge. Core charges will be refunded within 1-3 business days after cores are received.

Cores MUST be returned within 90 days, and in the original box or no refund will be given.

If you are sending in your cores, we will provide a ship to address to you via email with instructions. Once your core injectors are received your new injectors will ship to you.

Highlights of the 6.0L Ford Re-manufactured Fuel Injector include:

• Replacement of the entire coil assembly to prevent wire fatigue and poor cold-start performance
• High-pressure sealing surfaces that are refinished to OE specifications (less than 2 microns of flatness) to help ensure long injector life, good mileage and performance
• Injectors’ intensifier bodies receive new plungers. Both components are precision-match honed to operate reliably and durably at extreme pressures and temperatures
• All spool valves are replaced with new parts.
• Both control valve bodies and spools are precision-ground to exacting diametrical tolerance for excellent sealing and oil direction
• Remanufactured nozzle assemblies are inspected, then chemically treated and micro-brushed to remove carbon and fuel residue. Each nozzle is then flow-tested to help ensure proper performance and emission levels
